Before a student comes to the 1st class, they make an appointment  to begin their 1st 21 day cleansing cycle.  This sacred  process which begins the  cleansing cycle is known as an attunement. It is recommended that this attunement be given prior to beginning the 1st class. The attunement is a journey within itself. Many students report being more insightful, paying closer attention to the details of their lives, feeling themselves release old unneeded memories, feelings, desires etc.

The Reiki level 1 student  will receive a total of  4 attunements  during this appointment. The Master Teacher lays hands on the Initiate to attune their energy to the higher vibration healing energy. With this high vibration healing energy flowing within the body, mental, emotional & spiritual cleansing and release begins.

 

As a Reiki Level 1 student you will study the history of Reiki, learn the benefits, basics of the Chakra system, scanning and hand positions. You will have an opportunity to practice table work and to ask questions. Students completing this class will have fulfilled the pre-requisites to take Reiki Level II.

 

Usui Reiki Level 1 Training Pre-requisite: A desire to get to know your deeper self in a healing manner. A focused interest in learning, growing, and working with your spirituality.
