Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction. Reiki is the Universal Life Force Energy which effortlessly moves through all things living and non-living. Another word you may know “life force energy” as is,
“Chi.” Reiki is a powerful & valuable tool for thousands of people in the world, just as it is in mine, and can be in yours. It is very gentle. There is no manipulation of the body involved. It is given by hands on healing as well as distance healing. Reiki is a holistic (whole body) practice which promotes balance in all areas of your life. The benefits include: stress reduction, emotional well being, mental clarity, relieving and reducing pain, spiritual development and unfolding of the inner SELF. Reiki can definitely bust through any drama you may have in your life. Receiving Reiki even once during your life can have positive life changing and enhancing benefits. Several sessions has the ability to really help you breakthrough and understand other areas in your life that may have been difficult or stressful.

Students currently enrolled in one of my classes and Adults 55 and older receive a 15% discount off of readings or energy work sessions 60 minutes or longer. There are weekly rates for clients requesting weekly sessions.
